Shemeri Carolyne Tracy is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with over 14 years of experience in human rights law, gender justice, and access to justice programming. A feminist and human rights lawyer, she has worked extensively with women and girls, helping them overcome discrimination, reclaim property, secure child support, and seek redress for violence and marginalisation.
